Belief in the power of education drives this Summer Appeal Mission!

At Centennial Education Foundation (CEF), education is considered the cornerstone of a brighter future for students and the community. Every year, talented and driven students face financial obstacles that can hinder their academic dreams and limit potential.

Each year, CEF awards scholarships to graduating seniors from William Tennent High School. The past two years, over forty students have applied for the chance to receive one of two $1,000 scholarships that CEF offers. Students with financial need is growing and a scholarship is more than just financial aid. It’s an investment in a student’s potential, providing them with the chance to concentrate on studies, build a strong foundation for a career, and lessen the burden of student debt.

This year, the goal is to increase the amount of scholarships that we offer. With your help we can award more students with the financial support that will help them pursue higher education at a college of their choice. Instead of only providing two scholarships, we would like to double that to four - which makes our goal for this Summer Appeal - $4,000.
